ACSR � uma Associa��o de cond�minos dos condom�nios da urbaniza��o de S�o Rafael pr�ximo de Albufeira no Algarve, Portugal. ACSR � respons�vel pela administra��o da urbaniza��o de S�o Rafael como um todo, e tamb�m de representar os cond�minos aonde e quando for necess�rio.

The ACSR is the Association for joint-owners of the condominiums at S�o Rafael near Albufeira in the Algarve, Portugal. The ACSR is responsible for managing the urbanisation at S�o Rafael as a whole, and for representing the joint-owners whereever and whenever necessary.

Por decis�o un�nime da ACSR na sua Assembleia-geral Anual de 28 de Janeiro de 2006 a antiga Associa��o de Propriet�rios de S�o Rafael foi encerrada.

By a unanimous decision of the ACSR at its AGM on January 28, 2006, the former S�o Rafael Owners' Association [SROA] was wound up.
